Centrifugal Floating Type 4 Shuttles Circular Loom is a new generation circular loom researched & developed by our factory according to present market’s requirement and recently pp woven industry needed.
This machine has advantage of :High safety factor ,Easy to operate ,Power saving and Low loss of quick-wearing part.
To produce pp woven fabric. Suitable for New Material & Recycle Material of PP ,PE.
- Adopt Centrifugal Floating working theory to design shuttle wheel,lower noise ,high safety factor. Driving adopt small cam and swing arm wheel structure.
2.When machine in high speed working,Rail ,Shuttle Wheel and Warps adopt “None touch weaving technology”,this tech can make shuttle wheel won’t become hot and none wear ,also highly reduce loss of other quick-wearing part’s. Compare with traditional 4 shuttle loom ,it can save 40% maintain cost.
Running speed 180RPM-250RPM,Depend on the yarn thickness.
3.New Shuttle Wheel Structure won’t press the pp yarn ,when weaving transparent bags ,can keep transparent of original pp yarn.
4.Max.Weft Yarn Bobbin Diameter:120mm. Working width of doubleflat (Bag Width):220-600mm.
5.Equipped with warp & weft stop motion system. Reduces connect speed and take-off speed if a warp and weft tape break is detected. It also will automatic stops the loom before the warp & weft bobbin run empty and this ensures easy bobbin change with the lowest possible waste rate.
6.Whole machine warp feeding , lifting and rewinding are synchronously working. When machine stopped ,rewinding will synchronously stop ,make sure won’t wear fabric surface.And also make fabric surface smooth while restart machine.
7.All of our motor are special customize for circular loom.
Host motor adopt Special customize 2.2Kw DC motor. Can save 10-15% power and time while production same capacity.
Professional PLC Control System for circular loom. Steady & Intelligent.It have advantage of gentle tape handling and minimum intake friction
9.Segments are made of thick steel, one-time shaping,long service life.
10.Special Customize High Speed Bearing
We invite military bearing supplier to produce high speed bearing ,its structure suit for dust-environment ,make bearing dust proof to make sure long term high speed running and to reduce machine maintain cost.
All bearing with rubber cover ,and each two bearing will connect with dust proof tape.
All electronic components are adopt SIEMENS & SCHNEIDER. Long service time and you can find one for replacement in your local side easily in the future.

Compare with 6 shuttles circular loom and traditional 4 shuttles circular loom ,In same production capacity to produce 2.5mm tape width fabric ,each 10000meter ,HY-FCL-4 Circular loom can save 10-20%time and 10-15% power. Also HY-FCL-4 Can highly reduce worker working intensity. While six shuttle need change 6 shuttles ,but HY-FCL-4 only need change 4 shuttles. And 6 shuttle circular loom and traditional 4 shuttles have highly quick parts wearing ,HY-FCL-4 Only have very less.
